Porch Ceiling Job
This job was pretty straight forward. The client had a porch with no ceiling and wanted vinyl soffit installed. Prior to, it had a drywall ceiling which of course had rotted over time and had since been removed. The job was to place plywood on the ceiling and then vinyl soffit over top. Due to the fact that we were working on a ceiling we elected to use flat head screws to hold the vinyl soffit in place which worked perfectly. We successfully cut around the recessed lighting, took the vinyl from edge to edge and made sure to leave a little space for the vinyl to shrink and swell without buckling in the future.
